Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) Board and Committee meetings are held in person and electronically on Zoom and video streamed live to YouTube. You can attend meetings in real time on a computer, smartphone, via telephone, or join us in the Board Room. You can also watch the live-stream recording on the SCRD’s YouTube channel.
Our meetings are held in the SCRD Board Room at 1975 Field Road in Wilson Creek. Agendas and links to video streaming for meetings are available below.

Please note that the March 13, 2025 Committee of the Whole has been cancelled and rescheduled for March 20, 2025.
To view our meetings LIVE click on the symbol under the heading ‘watch’ below or in the calendar view above. The recordings remain available on YouTube after the meetings. You can also view past meetings by viewing the meeting’s HTML minutes. Clicking on a heading will advance the video to the correct timestamp.
To ask questions of the board or committee during question period (held towards the end of each meeting) you may join the meeting in Zoom.
- From a computer/tablet/smartphone: Simply click the appropriate link below. If you do not have zoom installed, follow the instructions to install, otherwise you should be placed into the meeting (or the waiting area, if the meeting has not started).
- From a telephone (audio only): Dial 1-(778)-907-2071 and use the meeting ID and password posted below, next to the meeting you wish to join.
To indicate that you want to ask a question during question period, raise your virtual ‘hand’ at any point in the meeting by clicking the “Raise Hand” button or pressing *9 (STAR-NINE) on a telephone. At the designated time, the Chair of the meeting will call on anyone with questions, and allow you to unmute in order to ask your question(s).
