2024 BC Building and Plumbing Codes

There is a new edition of the BC Building Code (BCBC) and Plumbing Code (BCPC).

The 2024 BC Building and Plumbing Codes will be in effect as of Friday March 8, 2024 and will bring a
number of changes for new building construction and building alteration permits.
