Physical Submissions

Building permit applications can currently be submitted in person or by courier to the SCRD Building Division at:

1975 Field Road
Sechelt, BC V7Z 0A8

Applications may be submitted Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Application packages can only be accepted for processing when they are complete and include all required documentation.

Digital Submissions

Digital building permit applications for new housing can now be submitted through the BC Building Permit Hub.

The SCRD’s use of the provincial platform is currently limited to applications for new single-unit, two-unit, and multi-unit dwellings. We are working towards expanding the range of permit application types accepted through the Hub and integrating additional digital platforms in the future.
