An Advisory Planning Commission (APC) advises the Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) Board on all matters referred to the APC by the Board or by the Area Director in respect to land use, the preparation and adoption of community plans, rural land use bylaws, proposed bylaws or permits.
