Physical Submissions

Building permit applications can currently be submitted in person or by courier to the SCRD Building Division at:

1975 Field Road
Sechelt, BC V7Z 0A8

Applications may be submitted Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Application packages can only be accepted for processing when they are complete and include all required documentation.

Application checklists and supporting documentation are available under Application Forms & Useful Information.

If you would like to discuss the application requirements with a member of the Building Division before applying, please contact us directly.

Digital Submissions – coming soon!

Digital permit application tools, including the BC Building Permit Hub, are currently under development.

We anticipate being able to accept digital submissions for certain building permit types in the near future.
