Utility Billing
Annual Invoices
Annual utility bills are mailed during the first week of May to the owners of property serviced with water, sewer or garbage collection by the Sunshine Coast Regional District.

Sewage Treatment Facilities (Excepting Woodcreek Park & Painted Boat Community)

Note: Land charges for the Regional Water Service, South Pender Harbour Water Service and North Pender Harbour Water Service appear on your property tax notice as these charges are levied to all properties that have access to the service regardless of use.
Payment
Payment is due by June 15 unless otherwise stated on your invoice, click on the link below for details on how to pay your invoice.
Penalties
Balances that remain unpaid at the end of business on the due date are subject to a onetime 10% penalty.
Transfer to Taxes
Balances that remain outstanding as of December 31 are deemed to be taxes in arrears and may be transferred to your property tax account per Section 363.2(2) of the Local Government Act.
