The annual utility invoices for 2017 will be mailed April 30, 2017 to owners of properties serviced with water, sewer or refuse collection by the Sunshine Coast Regional District.
2017 utility invoice payments are due June 15, 2017 (unless otherwise stated). Outstanding balances as of the close of business on June 15 incur a 2% penalty per month.
The utility invoice is in addition to Property Tax Notices which are not issued by the Sunshine Coast Regional District.
Balances that remain unpaid as of December 31 will be transferred to next year’s Property Tax Notice.

Register at www.scrd.ca/mySCRD to pay online with a credit card and choose to receive future invoices by email. **You will require an access code prior to being able to link your utility account to your profile. This access code will be provided on your utility invoice.
New Clean Up Coupon Process
In an effort to improve efficiency and reduce waste, Clean Up Coupons are printed on the front of the utility bill.
Check your coupon for instructions, conditions and material restrictions. Simply provide your utility bill to the site attendant on your way in, the site attendant will record your account number, stamp your coupon and return your bill to you on your way out.
Change of Address
IMPORTANT: All property address information must be changed with BC Assessment and Land Titles at 1-877-577-5872. The SCRD receives weekly updates from BC Assessment and any information changed directly in our system will be overwritten by these updates.
