Advisory Planning Commissions (APC)
Advisory Planning Commissions (APCs) advise the Regional District Board on all matters referred to the APC by the Board or by the Area Director respecting land use, the preparation and adoption of a community plan, or a rural land use bylaw or a proposed bylaw or permit. Each Electoral Area within the SCRD has an APC. Information about the APCs and it's role can be found here.
Click here for dates, times and locations of APC meetings. Note: meetings are sometimes cancelled due to a lack of referrals and may be post-poned due to statutory holidays. Please check with the Regional District Planning Office Assistant (604-885-6804 ext. 7) to confirm meetings.
Please note that committee minutes are unofficial until approved by the SCRD Board.
