2 for 1 admission all day!

'10 10 10' 10 minutes of activity at 10am on May 10
There will be an extra 10 minutes of the Mix It Up and FAB fitness programs 10-10am. A surprise FUN activity!

Ease into Exercise: New Program
Are you waiting for Joint Replacement Surgery? Are you 3 months post joint replacement surgery? If you have answered yes to either of these questions here is an exercise program just for you!

Customer Appreciation
On the first Friday of every month come and join us in the lobby for some tea/coffee and healthy snacks.
10-11:30am. Friday, May 4 Friday, June 1 Friday, July 6

Youth Nights: Friday May 11, 6-9pm
The pool will come alive with games and music. Public is welcome but be prepared for a youth friendly environment. . Refreshments and prizes too.
Special youth (13-18) admission: $2

Survivor Sleepvoer: It's Back! Saturday May 5
The popular Sleepover at the Pool! Ages 7-10 years. Drop the kids off at the pool at 7pm and pick them up the next morning at 10am. Activities will include swimming, hot tub bubble bath, themed games, movies, evening snacks and breakfast the next morning.
$25. Family discount: 15% when registering two or more children.

Danger Bay Swim weekend:Friday May 18 and Saturday May 19.
Come and get into the mood for a fun and action packed weekend of longboarding. Join friends and boarders at the pool for a good swim, relaxing hot tub, sauna or workout. 6-9pm
$2 admission.

Cardiac Recovery: New Program Start Date May 16
In partnership with the PH Health Centre we are introducing a new program to the community for those who have experienced a cardiac incident such as MI, angioplasty or open heart surgery. This 7 week program will include weekly educational sessions along with exercise. Participants will receive a personal consultation with a certified fitness trainer prior to beginning the exercise component. A nurse will be on hand for each session along with certified fitness instructors. Education sessions include topics such as health and nutrition, medications and more. Cost $75. Please contact Kathy Bergman at the PH Health Centre (604-883-2764) to register. Space is limited so register early. Personal consultations will take place on Tuesday May 22 with the regular program continuing on Wednesdays for the duration of the session. Class times:
