Elphinstone Official Community Plan Amendment Regarding Ocean Beach Esplanade
The SCRD Board has recently adopted an amendment to the Elphinstone Official Community Plan. The amendment creates a new policy for properties adjacent to Ocean Beach Esplanade. The new policies related to potential redevelopment of building and structures which encroach onto Ocean Beach Esplanade. Road closure applications will be considered subject to specific guidelines and requirements.
