To add to the research done, over three dozen organizations were invited to attend two Stakeholder Workshops in October 2009 and March 2010 and a Public Open House in March. Along with these, the draft Study was reviewed by local governments at the staff and elected officials level at the SCRD, District of Sechelt and Town of Gibsons. Using the community input collected at the Workshops, a Third Draft of the Study was developed.
Based on good community discussion on three Stakeholder Workshops held in December 2010 and January 2011, there were numerous changes made to the Third Draft.
