The SCRD Property Report was designed to allow the public easy access to 'front counter' information. The public can directly access information such as property zoning from their home or business that used to require a trip to the SCRD office.

When you have determined your zoning through the Property Viewer, find specific regulations related to that zone in Zoning Bylaw Nos. 722 or 337 below.
Zoning Bylaw No. 722
Zoning Bylaw No. 722 establishes the zoning and subdivision districts for Electoral Areas B (Halfmoon Bay), D (Roberts Creek), E (Elphinstone) and F (West Howe Sound). The bylaw regulates the use of land, buildings and structures within these zones.
