Meetings are normally held in the SCRD Board Room at 1975 Field Road as follows:

2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:30 pm |
| Infrastructure Services | 1st Thursday at 1:30 pm |
| Planning & Development | 2nd Thursday at 1:30 pm |
| Special Infrastructure (Watershed) | as required |
| Community Services | 3rd Thursday at 1:30 pm |
| Corporate & Administrative Services | 4th Thursday at 1:30 pm |
