The SCRD operates 2 swimming pools: Sechelt Aquatic Centre and Gibsons & District Aquatic Facility. 

Sechelt Aquatic Centre

The Sechelt Aquatic Centre opened in November 2007. This beautiful aquatic facility has a Community Use Room which is suitable for small gatherings ie. meetings, small receptions. The facility also includes a Leisure Pool, Lap Pool, Lazy River, Waterslide, Hot tub, Steam Room, Sauna, Changerooms, Gym, Fitness Studio.

Swimming Birthday Parties - Ask about having a Swim Birthday Party. Swim with your friends and then use the Community Use Room afterwards for cake and celebration.

Gibsons & District Aquatic Facility
953 Gibsons Way, Gibsons

Our facility includes 3 pools: Main pool (4 lanes, 20m lengths), Tots Pool (10 x 16 feet with a depth of 12" graduating to 22" - temp. 33 degrees C with a water feature in the centre and a Round Pink Pool (15" deep, water temp. 36 degrees C). There is also a hot tub.

Pool Rentals:
Get the whole pool to yourself when you rent at the Gibsons & Aquatic Facility (GDAF).
Perfect for a child's birthday party or a Family Party.

$75 / hour
