A complete body work out without the choreograhpy! Focusing on the calorie burn and body shaping. Hi and Low impact options given so class is suitable for all levels, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Babysitting is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:45-9:45am. Join the class or workout in the weight room. $2 per child.
Mix it Up: If you enjoy a variety of workouts, this is the program for you. This class will have a different format each week. One week may focus on interval training, another week on core conditioning, fitness kickboxing, boot camp ect.
Instructor: Monday, Amy Perry and Tuesday/Thursday, Deb Cole. Suitable for all fitness levels.
FAB (50 and Beyond) Ladies Strength Class: A 60 minute class including warm up, cardio, strength condidtioning and stretching. Equipment such as weights, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls will be used for the strength portion. For Women ages 50 and older.

Step Interval: This class is an aerobic workout using the steps with intervals of strength, core and resistance training. Instructor: Amy Perry
Tone n' Tighten: This class will include a warm up followed by floor exercises to target specific muscle groups.

Move Strong Move Fit, For Seniors: Reap the benefits of living with greater mobility, balance and strength in your everyday activities by attending this gentle fitness class. This group session will include a warm-up, balance and agility games and exercises to strengthen the major muscles and core muscles. Ending with stretches and a quiet relaxation will not only help you relieve stress but will also help with pain management for those suffering with chronic pain. Must be able to get down on mats and be cleared by your physician before attending first class. Instructor: Linda Goble
*Spring Boot Camp: Want to get into that old pair of jeans, trim your waist line, lose pounds, lose inches and have a great time while doing it! Instructors Tonya Stephan will lead participants thought a 4 week program to a leaner, fitter, healthier you! The program will help you build self confidence, sculpt lean muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance and provide nutritional information. The group setting fosters encouragement, promotes team work and celebrates personal achievements.
