Our facility features a fully equipped weight room including:

9 Cardio Stations:
2 Treadmills, 2 Eliptical, 1 Spin Cycle, 2 Recumbent Cycles, 1 Stair Master and 1 Concept2 Rowing Machine (with Paddling attachment)

5 Apex Weight Stations:
Leg Extension/Curl combo, Leg Press, Vertical Bench Press, Cable Column Pulley, Pec Dec

Squat Rack, Full set of Olypmic Weights, Free Weights (1#- 70#) 

A full range of accessories:
Stability balls, BOSU balls, resistance bands, balance boards, medicine balls, flat  bench, incline/decline bench, skipping ropes.
