Lost and Found

If you lose an item on the bus, you may call us at 604-885-6899 and we will try to retirive it for you. When you call it would be helpful if you could provide the following information:

• Day, time and direction of travel
• Loation on the bus where you were seated (eg driver's side near rear doors)
• Description of the lost item

In some cases we may be able to contact the driver immediately to advise them to look for the item at the next available opportunity. 

Information on lost items is retained in our records in the event that the item is found in the future.

Found items are kept for a period of three (3) months only.
