Summer Schedule: July 2 - 27. Facility is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-1:00pm. Closed evenings and weekends.

Our facility features a fully equipped weight room including:
10 Cardio Stations:
2 Treadmills (Landice and Life Fitness), 2 Eliptical (Star Trac and Life Fitness), 1 Recumbent Cycles (Star Trac), 2 Upright Bikes (Life Fitness), 2 Concept Rowing Machines, 1 Sci Fit Pro Body Trainer (Ergometer/cycle)
Leg Extension/Curl combo, Leg Press, Vertical Bench Press, Dual Cable Column Pulley, Pec Dec, Squat Rack, Full set of Olympic Weights, Free Weights (1#-70#)
Stability balls, BOSU balls, resistance bands, balance boards, mediine balls, flat bench, incline/decline bench, skipping ropes, boxing gloves and pads, Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes.
For use by patrons 16 years of age and over. Patrons between 13-15 years of age who have completed the training session may use the facilities. (Contact us to make an appointment). If training session has not been completed they must be closely supervised by a responsible adult 19 years and over.
Weight Room Orientations
Have a trainer develope a strength and conditioning plan for you or just do it better with a trainer-assisted orientation session. Session can be gym based using free weights, machines and/or specialized equipment or, if your prefer, outdoors. Get inpsired, get informed, and get going!
