Our facility features a fully equipped weight room including:

9 Cardio Stations:
2 Treadmills, 2 Eliptical, 1 Spin Cycle, 2 Recumbent Cycles, 1 Stair Master and 1 Concept Rowing Machine
5 Apex Weight Stations:
Leg Extension/Curl combo, Leg Press, Vertical Bench Press, Cable Column Pulley, Pec Dec, Squat Rack, Full set of Olympic Weights, Free Weights (1#-70#)

Accessories:
Stability balls, BOSU balls, resistance bands, balance boards, mediine balls, flat bench, incline/decline bench, skipping ropes, boxing gloves and pads, free standing kickboxing heavy bag.
