Restorative Health & Wellness
Sometimes injuries or health problems make participating in regular physical activity difficult. Or perhaps it has been a long time since you have been active on a regular basis and you are not sure where to start. We have a variety of programs that are designed specially for individuals recovering from injury or health problems, or those who need to start being active on a regular basis. It's never too late to be active, and getting started can be easier than you think.
These programs require pre-registration. Some, like Happy Hearts, will require a doctor's referral.
