MYPASS fitness Classes

Total Body/Core
Cardio, core, strength and toning using a variety of equipment (weights, bands, steps, BOSU, medecine balls) and formats. All levels welcome, beginner to intermediate.

Boot Camp Evening
Kick your fitness into high gear with this one hour high intensity workout. Our trainers get you moving at your optimal level to achieve your goals. Crank up your metabolism, improve your energy and reduce stress. This co-ed fitness blast includes modified moves for individual needs. Boot Camp really works!

Walk 15
Classes are founded on 15-minute miles and use walking based moves that anyone can do. This is no ordinary walk. Move combinations target all major muscle groups with music that's paced for 15 minute miles on average. It's fast! Easy! Fun!

Hatha Yoga: Intermediate/Advanced Friday February 24-May 12 and Wednesday April 12-May 17.
A Hatha Flow Style (sequencing of poses) and some Pranayama (breath work). Helps to relieve tension, build strength, flexibility and balance, calms body and mind. Ends with Deep Relaxation – Savasana.
