MYPASS fitness Classes
Cardio, core, strength and toning using a variety of equipment (weights, bands, steps, BOSU, medecine balls) and formats. All levels welcome, beginner to intermediate.
Hatha Yoga Flow: Wednesdays (September 20-December 6) Fridays (October 6-December 8) 9:15-10:45am.
A Hatha Flow Style (sequencing of poses) and some Pranayama (breath work). Helps to relieve tension, build strength, flexibility and balance, calms body and mind. Ends with Deep Relaxation – Savasana.
High Intensity Interval Training, is a class where low to moderate intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.
Walk 15 Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm
Classes are founded on 15 minute miles and use walking based moves that anyone can do. Move combinations target all major muscle groups with music that is paced for 15 minute miles on average.
Classes will be held at Madeira Park Elementary School Gymnasium.
MYPASS's must be purchased at the Pender Harbour Aquatic & Fitness Centre prior to program start or payment of $7/class will be required.

Have a trainer develope a strength and conditioning plan for you or just do it better with a trainer-assisted orientation session. Session can be gym based using free weights, machines and/or specialized equipment or, if your prefer, outdoors. Get inpsired, get informed, and get going!
